Sibley Center Director Burr Williams has been awarded the Daughters of the American Revolution award for excellence in preserving our environment. An award well deserved and one in which those of us connected to or served by the Sibley Center can all be proud. Congratulations Burr!

New Sibley Website.....

We are proud to announce that our much anticipated new Sibley Nature Center website is now up and running! Use the link at right to check it out. It is still a work in progress with much to come including informative articles by Burr and a message board which will allow you to discuss the nature and history of the Llano Estacado. It will be available soon. Our thanks go out to designer Eric Siegmund for his time and work on this project.

Community Lecture.....

Burr lectures a lunchtime crowd of Llaneros on the flora and fauna of the oilfields at the Petroleum Museum in Midland.
